SMS Terms

After a verified adult Luna account holder separately opts in and verifies ownership of a U.S. mobile number, Luna may send an enrollment confirmation and reminders that the account holder explicitly schedules in the Luna web app. The program does not send marketing, promotions, or surprise re-engagement messages.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of registration, purchase, subscription, or using Luna. You must be at least 18 years old, use your own mobile number, manually check the SMS consent box, and confirm the one-time verification code sent to that number.

Message frequency varies based on the reminders you schedule. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may also be delayed by your configured quiet hours or service availability.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After STOP, no further Luna reminder texts will be sent unless you restore your prior opt-in by replying START or enroll again in your account. Reply HELP for program help, or email admin@stresslessautomation.com.

Luna SMS supports scheduled reminders and program controls only. It is not a telephone call, free-form AI chat, monitored inbox, therapist, medical provider, or emergency service. Use the Luna website for conversation. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Read the Privacy Policy for mobile-information handling. We may update these SMS Terms and will post the revised date here. A material consent change requires a new opt-in before additional messages are sent.
