Luna is an 18+ SFW AI voice companion. This page explains what is processed during a call, what Luna may remember, and how you can control or delete your information.
The short version
- Luna is AI, not a real person, therapist, or emergency service.
- Calls are processed and transcribed by ElevenLabs and an AI model so Luna can respond.
- Call audio is not stored. New provider transcripts are configured for deletion after post-call processing.
- Voice Memory is optional. When enabled, Luna may keep a short summary and selected facts, not a full transcript.
- We never sell your data.
- Optional SMS reminders require separate consent and phone ownership verification.
- You can delete your data at any time.
- Luna is for adults 18 and over.
What we collect
- Account information - your email, profile, preferences, plan status, and usage when you create an account.
- Age consent - an 18+ result, consent time, Terms version, and a random browser receipt. The call gate checks your birth date but does not retain the date itself.
- Call processing - live audio is sent to ElevenLabs and an AI model, converted to text, and used to generate Luna's response.
- Optional memory - a short post-call summary, selected facts, sentiment, duration, and conversation ID when Voice Memory is enabled.
- Safety records - a category, severity, short marker, and conversation ID when an automated safeguard is triggered. The safety log does not store the triggering words.
- Technical and analytics data - route visits, feature events, browser information, rate-limit records, and estimated service cost.
- Optional SMS information - the mobile number you submit, verification and consent timestamps, the exact disclosure version, reminder content, and carrier delivery or opt-out status when you separately enroll.
Provider transcripts created before July 9, 2026 may still exist while legacy test records are reconciled. They are not sold or used for behavioral advertising.
Voice Memory
Voice Memory is on by default for signed-in callers because continuity is a core Luna feature. You can turn it off before a call. When it is off, the call is not bound to your account for memory and no post-call summary is written to your Luna memory.
You can review and remove stored Luna memories from the account and memory surfaces.
Providers
We use service providers to operate Luna, including Lovable for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, ElevenLabs for live voice and transcription, an AI model provider for responses, Twilio for optional phone verification and SMS delivery, and Stripe for payments when paid plans are enabled. They process information as needed to provide their services under their own commitments.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use private calls for behavioral advertising.
- We do not show ads based on what you share with Luna.
- We do not offer telephone calls or free-form SMS conversations.
- We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers needed to verify numbers, deliver messages, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Optional SMS reminders
SMS enrollment is off by default. An adult account holder must enter their own U.S. mobile number, manually check the separate SMS consent box, and confirm a one-time code. Message frequency varies only with reminders the user schedules. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or turn SMS off in the account. Replying START restores only a prior opt-in after STOP; it is not an initial opt-in method.
We keep consent and opt-out evidence needed to honor suppression and defend the integrity of the program. Reminder message bodies are redacted from the operational message ledger after 90 days while delivery, consent, and suppression metadata may be retained longer. Read the SMS Terms.
Retention and deletion
Account records, opted-in memories, billing records, and safety records are retained while needed to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve abuse and payment issues. Provider audio saving is disabled, and new provider transcripts are configured for deletion after post-call processing.
Submit a request through Delete my data. We will remove records tied to the verified email where legally and technically possible and tell you what, if anything, must be retained.
Safety monitoring
Signed post-call events pass through automated checks for crisis referrals, SFW boundary events, and safety results. The safety log stores a category and short marker rather than conversation text. Read the safety protocol for details.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion through the deletion page or by emailing admin@stresslessautomation.com. Luna is operated by StressLess Automation LLC.
If you are in crisis
Luna is not a crisis service. If you are struggling or thinking about self-harm, please reach a real person now - call or text 988 in the United States, or use your local emergency service.
