Terms of Use

Luna is an AI voice companion designed for late-night comfort, conversation, relaxation, and shared activities. Luna is not a real person, therapist, medical provider, or emergency service. Responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Luna. Before an anonymous live call, you must provide a date of birth and explicitly affirm that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or refuse access when we reasonably believe the age requirement is not met.

Calls are processed and transcribed by ElevenLabs and an AI model so Luna can respond. Audio saving is disabled. New provider transcripts are configured for deletion after post-call processing. If you enable Voice Memory, Luna may retain a short summary and selected facts in your account. See the Privacy page.

Luna is a strictly SFW companion. Do not use Luna to:

• Request sexual, explicit, exploitative, or illegal content.
• Produce or solicit harmful content involving minors.
• Threaten, harass, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.
• Break the law, bypass safeguards, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Collect passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.

We may limit, suspend, or end access when these rules are violated.

Do not rely on Luna in an emergency. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Call 911 or your local emergency number if anyone is in immediate danger. Read the Safety page.

Conversations with Luna operate through the website. We do not offer telephone calls. Adult account holders may separately opt in to receive an enrollment confirmation and reminders they explicitly schedule. SMS is not a conversation channel, is never required to use Luna, and does not include marketing or surprise check-ins. Message frequency varies based on reminders set; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Read the SMS Terms.

Luna is currently operating as a free staged beta and paid checkout is disabled. If paid plans are activated, price, included minutes, renewal timing, overage terms, cancellation, and refund information will be shown before purchase. No live payment will be taken before you confirm the checkout terms.

Review the Privacy page and use Delete my data to request removal of information associated with your verified email.

Luna is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or a particular emotional or health outcome. To the extent allowed by law, Luna and its operators are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
